After a week plus of intense rivalry, Singapore politics have finally died down, however, it’ll be relit again in 5 years time. PAP got 82 seats out of 84 seats, juz lost Hougang and Potong Pasir to the opposition. Kind of expected sia. Anyway, it was none of my business coz I dun need to vote at all. Why? Marine Parade GRC had an immediate walkover so there, I dun need to vote.

Had supper with me colleagues on Friday night after work. It was a small gathering between MSQ and Suntec (plus Chiew Leng from HGM), but later found out from Estee that Ivy and Wain would be joining us as well. Almost all the manpower under Suntec were there (Wencong, Karl, Yuan Xing, Xiaolin, Aizhen, me), except Jazreen (she couldn’t make it) and all manpower under MSQ were present (Estee, Fiona, Sarah, Jordan, Desmond). Quite a lot of people sia. Eat and joke around. It was nice and hope to have gatherings like this as often as can be (of coz, without Mr. M).

Went out with Yiqi and Alexey yesterday coz long time I have not met them. Damn! I really hate going out on weekends coz town is always crowded with people. We were supposed to meet at Orchard MRT station but as usual, both were late. While waiting for them, saw some people asking for donations (ya, again… those holding some papers in their hands and asking for people to buy some things that some needy children or old folks create.). It’s not that I’m hard-hearted. It’s juz that there’s too many of these actions around that I got turned off by it. Then there were also 3 people, asking people whether they are interested to be a freelance model for their ageny.

Duh? I kena approached twice by 2 different people from their company… Hello? My face already showed “I’m not interested, so pls dun bug me!” Somemore I kept looking down at my handphone, like I was busy messaging, juz to avoid people from coming to ask me.

Shoo! Go away! Dun pester me!

Alas, they came and I was freed from being scrutinized (really felt that way like their eyes were preying on you). Spent a sum today coz bought ‘Zhao Cai Mao’ for my store and Mother’s Day present. Broke again sia…
