What's the point?

Sometimes, you just can't help but thinking, what's the purpose of committing to your role.

If it's not for recognition of efforts, what is it then?

If it's not for grades, achievements, what is it then?

If it's not for just doing your job, what is it then?

What's the purpose of committing to your role, when others who are supposed to adhere to schedule don't? You tell them over and over again until you even find yourself you're really naggy, and all they do is to just say, "Yeah, we know", but doesn't do anything more. What's the point then?

You go to the extent of doing roles not inclusive of what you're supposed to do. Every time they tell you, "we must adhere to the schedule". You did. They didn't. You feel cheated. What's the point?

Pointless. Blank. What's a schedule for? It's just a piece of paper with timings and activities on it.

Period.
