No longer can a woman just use “Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo” to shampoo her hair and neither can she just use soap to wash her face. A girl does not need much time to prepare and go out as she does not need to put makeup, and neither does she need to use cleanser, scrubber or face mask. A girl also does not need many accessories to match with her clothes. Just a simple watch or gold earring and she can go out with her parents.
Same goes for the hairstyle. A girl does not need to care much about the latest hairstyle, or the latest colour for the hair dye. Just a sweet and neat hairstyle will do. If the hair is long, a girl just needs to plait it up or tie in a ponytail. A girl does not need to bother much about the latest and ‘in’ fashion, from reading fashion magazines, fashion shows shown on television, or observing from the street. A girl just wears what her mother has bought for her, without the need to bother other people’s view.
However, as a girl grows up to be a woman, she must take certain steps to maintain herself. First of all, she has to keep up with the latest fashion trends so that she’ll have “face” to go out. Because of that, a woman will need to style her hair often, or change the colour of her hair dye to suit the fashion trends. When she does, she needs to find a brand of shampoo that suits her the most, without damaging the hair, to moisturize and protect her hair.
Clothing will be another issue for she cannot wear clothing that is out of the fashion trend. Wearing something that belongs to your old grandmother out to the streets, will become a laughing stock for everyone. The pride of a woman will also be lost. Accessories are also needed to accompany the clothing, for it’ll look dull without any accessories to accompany along.
Looking good with clothing is just one issue. Another issue is while going out, woman also needs to put on makeup in order to look pretty on the face. It is not a must to put on makeup but she’ll look paler and duller without any. Face the truth, man likes to ogle at pretty girls and the makeup is to bring out this asset of every woman. Once a woman puts on makeup, she needs to remove them as well, and to prevent the chemicals from the makeup to go into the face and block the pores. This is where makeup remover, cleanser, scrubber, facial wash, face mask, blah blah blah… comes in. The list can goes on forever, and never-ending as more measures are taken to protect the face.
Women, let’s face the truth! We can’t survive without all the things mentioned above. Perhaps, I missed out several things coz if I were to mention, I bet the list can revolve one time around the Earth. Maybe I’m exaggerating but honestly, I ain’t lying about the part where women needs more stuff than young girls.
