Basically, when working, that’s only one routine which you’ll follow everyday. In the morning after you wake up, you’ll brush your teeth, eat your breakfast, bathe and go for work. After coming back home from work, you’ll bathe, perhaps eat dinner or supper, rest awhile by surfing net while waiting for your hair to dry and sleep. Next day, you’ll follow the same routine. When it’s your off-day, you rather stay at home to sleep or rest, rather than going out and squeeze with the crowd.
Well, for sure, that’s my routine now, after going back to Fila to work. First day of work and I’m posted to work in Hougang Mall, and some more, it’s a full shift. Mind you, I have not been standing for a long time since I worked the last time, which was during CNY. Never mind about that, but I was not given a single morning shift for the entire week. The only morning shift I got is only because I took over Jazreen as she could not work on that day. Otherwise, no morning shift!
Here’s my shift:
Monday – Full shift at Hougang Mall
Tuesday – Afternoon shift at Hougang Mall
Wednesday – Afternoon shift at Suntec
Thursday – Full shift at Hougang Mall
Friday – Standby (If no one calls me after 12pm, it means my day-off)
Saturday – Morning shift at Suntec (supposedly to be my off-day but replace Jazreen)
Sunday – Off
Sighz! Really no life! Can’t even go home and eat a decent meal with my parents. Well, whether I continue working in Fila or not, it’ll depend on the reply from NTU. If can get in, perhaps I may continue to work or else, I’ll hunt for permanent job. Best result would be that I’m able to get into NTU. Even if I do get into NTU, I may look for another part-time job. It’s time for me to change a better surrounding and time to leave my one year plus part time job.
