Rain

Mum reminded me to bring my umbrella along for these few days when I'm going for work. She told me that there would be rain these few days as 清明节 is coming. I was like thinking, "Huh? What has 清明节 gotta do with rain?" She didn't give me an answer but juz reminded me to bring along.

Well, I thought about it and thought of 2 reasons. One would be more of a superstitious answer and the other, a scientific one.

Superstitious: Since it's 清明节, which means it's the season where we have to go and pay respects for our loved ones who had left and gone to the nether world. This is a solemn and sad season and perhaps, the reason as to why, maybe God is crying out with tears.

Scienticfic: For the past few weeks, the weather has been humid and because of that, more water droplets have been gathered in the clouds. As the clouds are saturated and not able to contain any more water droplets, rain falls.

Then again, it seems that every year, during this period of time, when 清明节 is approaching, there'll bound to be rain. Hmmm.......
