Tried cooking Agedashi Tofu today, for the first time, with help of an online recipe. It was a flop for one thing, not all the water have been get rid of from the tofu. I tried pressing the tofu, just like what the recipe has suggested but I guess it wasn't dry enough.
Also tried cooking Okonomiyaki for the second time, also with help of an online recipe. Think the flour mixture wasn't enough to coagulate the cabbage. Shall try again.
